Unfortunately, we do not offer PR. Please contact the brands directly in regards to PR.

Are you open during COVID-19 Pandemic?

Our physical store is OPEN WITH TEMPORARY HOURS.

Return Policy

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
